How to perform a core filter test

The performance test of the core filter can effectively evaluate its filtering effect and service life, the following are some common performance test methods:
Flow test: Measure the flow through the core filter, you can determine its processing capacity and filtration speed.
Filtration efficiency test: Pass standard particles or solution into the core filter, measure the difference in particle or substance concentration between the import and export, and calculate its filtration efficiency.
Differential pressure test: Measure the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the core filter to determine whether the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Reversibility test: Connect the outlet of the core filter to the inlet, connect the inlet to the outlet, and repeat many times to observe whether the filter fails or is damaged.
Life test: Run the core filter for a long time, measure the flow and pressure difference changes it handles, and judge its service life and replacement cycle.
The above is a common core filter performance test method, the test should pay attention to the accuracy and repeatability of the test conditions to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the test results.
