Scientific Application Method of Self-priming Magnetic Pump

Preparation before starting:

Start:

4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the required working condition. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the self-priming magnetic pump, the self-priming magnetic pump shall operate at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user is not equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the self-priming magnetic pump, the opening of the outlet valve shall be adjusted; Measure the motor current of the self-priming magnetic pump to make the motor operate within the rated current, otherwise, it will cause the overload operation of the self-priming magnetic pump (i.e. high current operation to burn out the motor). The opening of the outlet valve adjusted correctly is related to the large and small opening and pipeline working conditions.
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Under normal conditions, the leakage of the mechanical seal shall be less than 3 drops/min.
6. Check the motor, and the temperature rise at the bearing is ≤ 80. C。

Shutdown:

1. Close the outlet pipeline valve.
2. Stop the motor.
3. Close the inlet and outlet valves.
4. In case of a long-term shutdown, drain the liquid in the self-priming magnetic pump.
