Scientific Application Method of Self-priming Magnetic Pump
Preparation before starting:
1. Test whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (the direction indicated on the self-priming magnetic pump body), and the test time shall be short to avoid dry wear of the internal accessories of the self-priming magnetic pump.
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the whole self-priming magnetic pumpbody with a liquid, and close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check whether all parts are normal.
4. The high-temperature type shall be preheated first, and the heating rate shall be 50. C / h to ensure uniform heating of all parts.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the required working condition. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the self-priming magnetic pump, the self-priming magnetic pump shall operate at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user is not equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the self-priming magnetic pump, the opening of the outlet valve shall be adjusted; Measure the motor current of the self-priming magnetic pump to make the motor operate within the rated current, otherwise, it will cause the overload operation of the self-priming magnetic pump (i.e. high current operation to burn out the motor). The opening of the outlet valve adjusted correctly is related to the large and small opening and pipeline working conditions.
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Under normal conditions, the leakage of the mechanical seal shall be less than 3 drops/min.
6. Check the motor, and the temperature rise at the bearing is ≤ 80. C。
