A vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a kind of vertical pump which belongs to stainless steel multistage pump with a standard vertical motor and quick-install mechanical seal.
Its flow parts are cast iron and stainless steel (304, 316, 316L stainless steel).

The difference between the vertical multistage pump and the vertical single-stage pump is that the vertical multistage pump has more than two sets of impellers. The pump operates by using the centrifugal force generated by the fluid flows generated by the rotation of the impellers.

When the motor of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller, under centrifugal force, fluid enters the impeller center along the flow channel between the blades to the surrounding of the impeller.
The action of the vanes increases the pressure and speed simultaneously and is guided to the impeller of the next stage through the flow channel of the guide casing.
After each impeller is superimposed, a particular head is obtained.

In addition, due to the use of an intelligent multistage variable frequency motor, the motor can be adjusted automatically according to the needs of the flow.

Application of vertical multistage centrifugal pump

1. Fire pipeline pressurization;

2. Cold and hot water circulation is used for air conditioning;

3. Circulating pressurized transportation in the production process, suitable for the matching use of various drainage equipment, boilers, and other equipment;

4. The product is suitable for low-viscosity, neutral, non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers, and the liquid to be transported cannot be chemically corrosive to the pump material;

5. Water treatment, infiltration, and filtration systems;

6. Food and beverage industry;

7. Water supply for high-rise buildings;

8. Industrial cleaning system.
