What should I do if the electroplating filter fails to pump water? How to deal with it?

electroplating filter

1. The electroplating filter's inlet pipe is blocked.

(Check the inlet pipe and ball valve to see if there is any blockage, find the problem and replace it and remove it)

2. The shaft seal is burnt or idling.

(If the filter is idling for the first time, add water to the pump in time. If the shaft seal is burnt, replace the shaft seal)

3. The impeller sucks foreign matter and blocks the flow passage.

(In this case, the pump body will vibrate or make a muffled sound, open the main body and clean up the sundries)

4. The impeller bushing is separated, and the impeller and the motor shaft are not synchronized.

(Replace the impeller and the impeller key, and check whether the shaft seal is damaged)

5. If the electroplating filter is equipped with a vertical pump, the impeller is higher than the liquid level

(Install the bottom valve, check the valve, and if possible, increase the liquid level in the tank or reduce the height of the filter)

6. If the filter is equipped with a magnetic pump, the pump is higher than the liquid level, and it is not easy to fill the water.

(Install the bottom valve and fill the pipeline pump with water. Increase the self-priming tank. Place it as low as possible to the liquid level)

7. The motor is rever.

(Ensure that the motor fan blades rotate clockwise. Generally, the rever rotation will vibrate, and the sound will be loud. Adjust the forward process to solve the problem)
When the electroplating filter does not absorb water, please don't panic, just analyze and eliminate it according to the steps.
