  Magnetic pump is a kind of pump that uses magnetic force to drive the rotor to rotate to transport liquid.   Installation: Before installing the magnetic pump, it is necessary to confirm the position of the pump, the inlet and outlet direction of the pump, the support mode of the pump, the installation position of the driving motor, etc., and then install it according to the instructions. The installation process needs to pay attention to: a. The inlet and outlet of the pump should be connected correctly, it is prohibited to reverse; b. The interfaces of the pump need to be firmly fastened and well sealed; c. The perpendicality between the axis of the pump and the horizontal line should not be greater than 0.05mm/m; d. The driving motor of the pump shall be installed vertically, with the axis consistent with the axis of the pump.

  Operation: Before the operation of the magnetic pump, it is necessary to check whether all parts of the pump are tight, well sealed, and whether the electrical connection is correct. Before starting the magnetic pump, it is necessary to fill the pump with liquid. When starting, it should be slowly accelerated, and it can be further accelerated after the pump is stable. Note that: a. The pump is not allowed to run at full load for a long time; b. No gas is allowed to enter the inlet of the pump, otherwise it will lead to the failure of the pump; c. The magnetic pump is forbidden to run in reverse, otherwise it will damage the magnetic coupler of the pump; d. Before stopping the operation, it is necessary to first reduce the speed of the pump to the minimum, and then turn off the power.

  Maintenance: After the magnetic pump is used for a period of time, regular maintenance and maintenance are required, mainly including: a. Check the pump interface whether there is leakage, seals are worn or aging; b. Clean the inside and outside surface of the pump to keep it clean; c. Check whether the bearing of the pump needs to be replaced with lubricating oil; d. Periodically check whether the electrical components of the pump are normal.

  In short, the correct installation and operation of magnetic pump is to ensure its normal operation and extend the service life of the key. Need to operate according to the requirements of the manual, regular maintenance and maintenance, timely treatment of pump failures and problems.
