1、 Preparation before starting:

Preparation of chemical resistant pump before use
1. Test whether the rotation direction of the chemical resistant pump motor is correct. From the top of the chemical resistant pump motor, it rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal of the chemical-resistant pump.
2. Open the exhaust valve of the chemical resistant pump and let the liquid fill the whole pump body. When it is full, close the exhaust valve of the chemical-resistant pump.
3. Check whether all parts of the chemical resistant pump are normal.
4. Turn the chemical resistant pump by hand to make the lubricating liquid enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. The high-temperature chemical resistant pump should be preheated in advance with a heating rate of 50. C / hour to ensure uniform heating.

2、 Starting:

Correct use of chemical vertical pump
1. Fully open the inlet valve of the chemical-resistant pump.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Start the chemical-resistant pump motor and observe whether the pump operates correctly.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve of the chemical resistant pump to the required working condition. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the pump shall operate at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user is not equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the opening of the outlet valve shall be adjusted; Measure the motor current of the chemical resistant pump to make the motor run within the rated current. Otherwise, the pump will run under overload (i.e. high current operation until the motor burns out). The opening of the outlet valve adjusted correctly is related to the large and small opening and pipeline working conditions.
The leakage resistance of the shaft seal shall be less than 5 drops when the chemical leakage resistance of the pump is normal.
6. Check the motor of the chemical resistant pump, and the temperature rise at the bearing is ≤ 70. C。

3、 Parking:

Correct use of chemical magnetic pump
1. The high-temperature chemical resistant pump shall be cooled first, and the cooling rate shall be ≤ 10. C / min, reduce the temperature to ≤ 80. C below can stop.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Stop the motor.
4. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the chemical-resistant pump.
5. In case of a long-term shutdown, drain the liquid in the chemical resistant pump.
