Precautions for Use of Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump

Precautions for Use of Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump

Stainless steel magnetic pump
(1) Because the cooling and lubrication of stainless steel magnetic pump bearings depend on the transported medium, it is prohibited to run by air, and avoid space-time running caused by restart after a power failure in the middle of work.

(2) If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the Stainless steel magnetic pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.
Stainless steel magnetic pump
(3) The ambient temperature of the Stainless steel magnetic pump in use shall be less than 40 ℃, and the motor temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃.
Stainless steel magnetic pump
(4) The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of Stainless steel magnetic pump materials. The service temperature of engineering plastic pump is less than 100 ℃, the service temperature of metal pump is less than 100 ℃, and the liquid without hard particles and fibers with suction pressure not greater than 0.2MPa, maximum working pressure of 1.6Mpa, density not greater than 1600kg / m3 and viscosity not greater than 30x10-6m2 / S is transported.
Stainless steel magnetic pump
(5) If the conveying liquid is a medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, it shall be cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the Stainless steel magnetic pump.
Stainless steel magnetic pump
(6) After 1000 hours of the normal operation of stainless steel magnetic pump, the wear of bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected, and the vulnerable parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced.
The above is about the problems that must be paid attention to in the use of stainless steel magnetic pump. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
