Working principle and structure of magnetic pump

Magnetic pump is a leak-free sealed pump, its working principle is to use the magnetic force to transfer the rotor power and torque, so as to drive the liquid flow in the pump body. Magnetic pump is a kind of efficient, safe and environmentally friendly pump, which is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.
The structure of magnetic pump is generally divided into two parts: the external magnetic drive and the internal pump body. The external magnetic drive is composed of permanent magnets and electromagnets, and transmits the rotating power output by the motor to the internal pump body by means of magnetic coupling. The internal pump body is composed of pump shell, impeller, front and back cover, etc. Generally, there are two magnetically coupled rotors inside the pump body, namely, the outer rotor and the inner rotor. When the external magnetic drive rotor rotation, through the way of magnetic coupling, the inner rotor in the internal pump body will rotate, the liquid on the inner rotor impeller will rotate accordingly, so as to achieve liquid transportation.
The working principle of magnetic pump is mainly divided into two processes: magnetic transmission and power transmission. When the external magnetic drives the rotor to rotate, the rotational force is transferred to the internal pump body through magnetic coupling, thus driving the inner rotor to rotate, and the liquid on the inner rotor impeller rotates accordingly. As there is no direct contact between the internal pump body and the external magnetic drive at the same time, a leak-free seal can be achieved. This will ensure that no leakage occurs during the transfer of liquid, thus improving the efficiency and safety of the pump.
In general, magnetic pump is a non-leakage sealing pump that uses magnetic coupling to transfer power and torque. Its structure is generally divided into two parts: external magnetic drive and internal pump body. Its working principle is to transfer power and torque through the external magnetic drive, drive the inner rotor in the internal pump body to rotate, so as to achieve liquid transportation.
