Filter bag filter is a commonly used filter equipment, its principle is to filter impurities and particles in liquid or gas through the fiber pores of the filter bag material. The specific working mode is as follows:
Liquid filtration: When the liquid passes through the filter bag, the fluid enters the filter bag from the entrance of the filter, filters through the fiber pores of the filter bag material, and the filtered fluid flows out from the outlet of the filter bag, and the impurities and particles are intercepted by the material in the filter bag inside the filter bag.
Gaseous filtration: When the gas passes through the filter bag, the gas enters the filter bag from the entrance of the filter, filters through the fiber pores of the filter bag material, and the filtered gas is discharged from the outlet of the filter bag, and the impurities and particles are intercepted by the material in the filter bag in the filter bag.
When using a filter bag filter, the filter bag needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly to ensure filtration efficiency and service life.
In general, the filter bag filter filters impurities and particles in the liquid or gas through the fiber pores of the filter bag material, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, wide application range, low operating cost, simple and convenient operation.
