With the development of science and technology and the expansion of vacuum application fields, the original mechanical vacuum pump and its air extraction system have two problems that need to be solved urgently. Backflow affects the quality and quantity of products and increases equipment maintenance costs. Secondly, it isn't easy to recover the pumped gas into the vacuum pump during some processes, and the medium in the pump has deteriorated.
