Introduction:


Sudden leakage Due to the following reasons, chemical acid-resistant pump seals will have sudden leakage.
     1. The acid-resistant pump vibrates strongly and evacuation destroys the friction pair.
     2. Acid-resistant spring breaks.
     3. The acid-resistant anti-rotation pin falls off or the transmission pin is broken and loses its function.
     4. The failure of the acid-resistant circulation protection system causes the dynamic and static rings to undergo sudden changes in cold and heat, resulting in deformation of the sealing surface or cracks.
     5. Due to the temperature change, the medium around the friction pair condenses and crystallizes, which affects the acid-resistant seal.

Solution:

     Leakage occurs when the chemical acid-resistant pump is stopped for a while and restarted. Solidification and crystallization of the medium near the friction pair; scale on the friction pair; spring corrosion, blockage and loss of elasticity, which can cause leakage when the pump is restarted.
